How differently do things look in the
real world? Here are some examples:
- When Stephen O’Reilly-Nugent started working with me, he was settling less than $1,000,000 per month. Today he’s settling around $3,500,000 per month.
- George Peppas was stuck at $180,000 per year for 5 years. Now he is bringing in over $300,000.
- Andy McGorlick had his best year ever at $30M. In the short while we’ve been working together, he’s on track to hit $60M.
- And then there’s Michael Luca’s. His best year was $50M. He’ll now write about $85M.
That’s Just A Few Examples Of Many
And you might be thinking “well, $1.5 Million a month in settlements sounds pretty good to me,
I think I’d be comfortable earning that.”
And if that’s what you’re thinking and that’s your goal, then this might not be for you.
You need to be a broker or loan writer working full time. You need to be proud of your service, to have competence in packaging a deal and to know that you truly deliver value for your clients.
$1 million per month minimum in settlement volumes is the benchmark for entry.
I can’t do this work for people still getting lender accreditations, working out with LMI stands for or struggling to write one loan a month.

The day will be run 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. There’ll be a lot for us to get through, and only limited time to do it, so we need to make every minute count.
